Green Belt and Black Belt Training includes: - Experienced, enthusiastic Six Sigma Master Black Belt instructors with practical application experience
- Training materials and required reference books
- Training facility, snacks, and lunches (for "public" training classes)
- Individualized project reviews
- Hands-on practice, practical examples, and case studies
Training Requirements
To enter training, all Black and Green Belt candidates must have: - A desire to learn and a commitment to process improvement
- A laptop computer to be used during class with the Minitab software loaded
- At least one project that they will work on during the 2 or 4 months of training
- A sponsor who supports the candidate and has a vested interest in the project
Training Highlights
